We have made the visit report online for you. After the work is completed in the field, the visit report page automatically appears in the mobile application. Applications made during the visit can be entered in detail. Insectram also has an insecticide module. You can add the insecticide you use, dosage information, antidotes and license information here. Thus, when creating the visit report, instead of typing insecticide informations, you only select from your list.

Personalised visit report

The visit report provides all legal requirements that must be included in the pest control visit form. The report includes your company information and logo.

There is also recommendation module in the Insectram mobile app. Any nonconformities discovered in the field during the visit are automatically added to the visit report with photos.

There are separate signature sections for your technician and client before the work order is completed. After this part is completed, the work order is finished.

Each report is automatically sent to the client by e-mail after the work order is completed.
